1. Definitions

The term "Online Sales Contract" refers to the contract of sale relating to tangible movable goods sold by PIRIMO LTD, entered into between the Company and the Buyer within a distance selling system through electronic means, organized by the Supplier.

The term "Buyer" refers to the consumer, a natural person who makes the purchase for purposes not related to commercial or professional activity.

The term "Gadget Outlet Europe" refers to the brand and website that promotes the sale of the goods covered by this contract on gadget-outlet-europe.com.

The term "PIRIMO LTD" refers to the legal entity that carries out the sale of the goods covered by this contract.

2. Identification and Obligations of the Parties

Supplier: The goods covered by these general conditions are offered for sale by PIRIMO LTD, which is exclusively responsible for the sale between the parties.

Buyer: The Buyer expressly declares that the purchase is made for purposes not related to commercial or professional activity and undertakes not to resell the products purchased.

3. Subject Matter and Conclusion of the Contract

PIRIMO LTD sells and the Buyer purchases tangible movable goods indicated and offered on gadget-outlet-europe.com. The contract is concluded exclusively via the internet through the submission of the order form completed online.

Upon receipt of the order, PIRIMO LTD will send a confirmation email or display a printable web page summarizing the order. The contract becomes binding upon confirmation of the order by PIRIMO LTD.

4. Payment Methods and Refunds

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer
• PayPal
• Credit/Debit Cards (data processing handled directly by banks/payment providers)

Refunds, if due, will be processed within 30 days from the notification of the right to a refund, using the same payment method originally used by the Buyer, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Delivery Times and Methods

Products will be delivered through partnered courier services with appropriate packaging. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and product availability.

Note: Delivery estimates are indicative. Any significant delays will be communicated by email when possible.

For EU countries, standard delivery is typically within 2–5 working days. For non-EU countries, delivery may take 7–14 working days. Remote areas may require additional time.

6. Shipping Costs

Delivery is made without additional costs beyond those indicated during the order process. For countries outside the European Union, any local taxes or customs duties will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

If applicable, any threshold-based shipping rules (e.g., free shipping over a certain amount) will be clearly displayed at checkout and/or on the product page.

7. Product Availability

If the order exceeds warehouse availability, PIRIMO LTD will inform the Buyer via email, indicating any waiting times or requesting confirmation of the order.

The Buyer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund if the product is not available within the communicated timeframe.

8. Limitations of Liability

PIRIMO LTD is not liable for events of force majeure or problems related to internet connectivity or sub-suppliers. In case of non-performance not attributable to PIRIMO LTD, the Buyer is only entitled to a refund of the price paid.

PIRIMO LTD's liability is limited to direct damages and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Liability for Defects and Damages

The Buyer must demonstrate the defect, the damage, and the causal link between them. PIRIMO LTD is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure, improper use of products, or fraud with payment cards.

Any defects should be reported as soon as possible (recommended within 48 hours of delivery) by emailing info@gadget-outlet-europe.com, including photographic evidence where relevant.

10. Buyer's Obligations

The Buyer undertakes to:

• Pay the price according to the terms indicated
• Provide accurate delivery information
• Be available to receive the goods at the indicated address
• Retain the web page containing the order data or the confirmation email
• Inspect the goods upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately

11. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU)

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by sending an email to info@gadget-outlet-europe.com.

Products must be returned intact in their original packaging, including a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method originally used by the Buyer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, personalized items, sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, or digital content, where applicable.

12. Product Exchange

The Buyer may request product replacement within 14 days of arrival by sending an email to info@gadget-outlet-europe.com.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the Buyer. PIRIMO LTD may require photographic evidence before authorizing the exchange.

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. Size or color exchanges may be subject to availability.

13. Processing of Personal Data

PIRIMO LTD guarantees the protection of the Buyer's personal data in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR - Regulation EU 2016/679 and UK Data Protection Act 2018).

14. Communications and Complaints

Any communication or complaint must be sent to info@gadget-outlet-europe.com.

PIRIMO LTD will respond to all inquiries within 48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM GMT).

15. Duration and Validity

Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any modifications will only be valid for orders not yet confirmed.

PIRIMO LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will become effective immediately.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For consumer contracts, nothing in this clause affects the Buyer's statutory rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.
